The Marguerite B. Walker Memorial Garden, located directly west of the hospital’s main entrance, is a place of reflection and respite for visitors to the hospital. Opened in 2010 to celebrate the hospital’s 50th Anniversary, the garden is a gift from Barney and Jimmy Walker. It pays tribute to their mother, Marguerite B. Walker, and offers others a way to honor or memorialize friends and loved ones through the purchase of an engraved brick.
